Refund Policy
Return Policy
Unfortunately, Zid Zoid is unable to accept returns of items purchased, with the exception of damaged and defective goods. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Zid Zoid via email at support@zidzoid.com.
Zid Zoid will issue refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The return and/or exchange request will be processed as soon as possible. If accepted, most returns and/or exchanges are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Payments
Zid Zoid accepts payment through the applications and payment methods provided through Paypal. Zid Zoid is not liable for the practices or technologies employed by these third-party companies to process the personal payment information required for a transaction and purchase of Zid Zoid Product(s).
Acceptance of Orders
The debit or credit card details you give to Zid Zoid will be validated before your order can be accepted. Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, Zid Zoid will not be liable for delay or non-delivery. Zid Zoid cannot and will not accept checks or money orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order that they are received, on the business day following their receipt. For example, orders placed on Wednesday will be processed on Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

It’s also recommended to avoid harsh cleaning agents or bleach, and to opt for hand washing or dry cleaning when needed—especially for delicate or luxury pieces.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”support@zidzoid.com“ and include your order number in the email.
Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
